Our selection process has allowed us to bring on board Project Managers, all of who have decades of experience as Project Managers, Finance Managers, Chefs, Multi-Unit Hospitality Operators, Front End Managers, Operations Managers, Construction Managers, Safety Leaders and Logistics Experts. 

Through one on one and team consultations our partners and staff will begin the process of identifying challenges and opportunities, solving issues and optimizing your organizational needs. If you are in the culinary business we start with increasing food and beverage velocity, building Food and Safety programs, optimizing staffing and personal training, the Thunder Sky team will ensure a productive and safe workspace for your Front Line Staff and guests.
